Recruitment Fraud Warning
We were made aware of fraudulent recruitment activities in which individuals or organisations falsely claim to represent our company.
Please note the following:
- All official job opportunities are published exclusively on our websites: https://www.trimo-group.com/en/company/career/current-vacancies
- We only communicate with candidates through official email addresses ending in @trimo-group.com.
- We do not request candidates to install software during the recruitment process.
- We do not request any payments, fees, or financial information at any stage of the recruitment process.
- We do not ask candidates or employees to purchase their own laptop or other tools.
- We will never ask for sensitive personal information (such as bank account details or copies of identification documents) prior to a formal employment offer.
- Legitimate recruitment processes include a structured interview process (including one or more in-person interviews) with identified representatives of our company.
Be cautious of:
- Requests for payment or "processing" fees,
- Requests to purchase your own laptop or other tools,
- Emails from non-official domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook),
- Job offers made without formal interviews,
- Unusual urgency or pressure.
If you receive a suspicious communication pretending to be from Trimo, one of the companies of the Recticel Group or from an external recruiter claiming to work on behalf of one of the companies of the Recticel Group, please report it to trimo.hr@trimo-group.com and trimo@trimo-group.com.
